If you’re finding yourself struggling to get past $100k or $250k and above as a financial agent, there is a solution… the question is how bad do you want it.
I remember when I first got my 100k ring. At the time I was still a full-time cop and doing business on the side - I remember getting the ring and people were congratulating me, but to be honest I didn’t think I was doing anything special or out of the ordinary in regards to my process.
Very shortly after I earned my next ring - the $250k ring - still working as a cop. At that point, I was nearly doubling my full-time salary on the side.
Again getting the recognition but I still didn’t feel as if I was doing anything “special” or different to get there faster or more consistently than the norm.
And that was the journey at that first agency - then I transitioned to another agency.
I soaked in all the knowledge I could, re-earned my $100k, $250k and hit the half a million benchmark - thus rewarding me with the $500k ring within my first 7 months.
Again, I still didn’t feel as if I was doing anything special but I did notice that… I was doing something different…
And if they put the work in, other financial agents could achieve the same kind of results and growth I did. After that epiphany I started to analyze & breakdown how I naturally did things: the approach, the process, the language, and hone in on my craft. Soon after I started teaching others on my team how to duplicate the process - the results & growth have been life changing.
Today, I own my agency. What I’m really most proud of is helping some of my agents become rockstars and ninja assassins. They are seriously killing it in the financial industry where $20k-40k in income per month has become the new normal.
